Price diversity due to different materials used in PCB
Take the common double panel as an example, there are fr-4, CEM-3 and so on. The thickness of the plate varies from 0.2mm to 5.0mm, and the thickness of copper varies from 0.5oz to 3oz. All of these have caused huge price differences in the sheet metal. In the aspect of solder resistance ink, there is also a price difference between the ordinary thermosetting oil and the sensitized green oil, so there are different materials.
