Printed Circuit Board Processing Which Good

Huaqiang Fast Circuit Board to do fast board first to ensure quality problems. If the quality is not good, rework will not only waste materials. It also delays delivery time.
Next is the delivery time. Every customer is more urgent to do fast board. So speed is also the basic condition of fast board.
Printed Circuit Board Processing Which Good
1. PCB industry has a short lead time. The whole production process from placing orders to completing production needs management and control. This requires a suitable PCBERP system to provide automatic production scheduling and online product management.

2. Automated production scheduling can arrange production reasonably and compactly, and determine the delivery date. Online product management can help production scheduling (planner) to keep track of production progress, find abnormal adjustments in time, and help to improve punctual delivery rate and customer satisfaction.

Processing and Manufacturing Process of Printed Circuit Board

It seems to be a simple circuit board, but the whole production process is extremely complex. The details of each stage of the process, such as designing circuit schematic diagram and PCB, packaging, generating PCB, printing PCB circuit diagram, making PCB board, corroding PCB board, punching, welding and debugging, must be rigorous and careful, and no mistakes can occur. If problems are found, it is necessary to go back and modify them. Otherwise, it will lead to a total loss, the entire circuit board is facing scrap, Huaqiang below to share quickly: PCB circuit board production process.

Seven Steps/Processes of PCB Processing and Manufacturing

First step: PROTEl design circuit schematic diagram and PCB

The schematic diagram is designed according to the functional requirements of the circuit. The design of the schematic diagram is mainly based on the electrical performance of each component, which can accurately reflect the important functions of the PCB circuit board and the relationship between the components. The design of schematic diagram is the first and very important step in the process of PCB production. The software used in the design of schematic diagram is PROTEl.

Step 2: Packaging

After the schematic design is completed, we need to further encapsulate the components through PROTEL to generate and implement the grid with the same appearance and size. After the package modification is completed, the Edit/Set Preference/pin 1 setting of the package reference point on the first pin is executed, and then the report/Component Rule check setting of the complete set of rules to be checked is executed, and OK. So far, the package has been established.

Step 3: Formal generation of PCB

After the network is generated, the position of each component needs to be placed according to the size of PCB panel, and the lead of each component needs to be ensured not to cross when it is placed. After the placement of components is completed, DRC checks are carried out to eliminate pin or lead crossover errors in wiring. When all errors are eliminated, a complete PCB design process is completed.

Step 4: Print PCB circuit board drawings

A special copy paper is used together with the designed PCB drawings, which are printed by an inkjet printer. Then one side of the printed circuit drawings is pressed with the copper plate, and then put on the heat exchanger for hot printing. The circuit drawings and ink on the copy paper are pasted onto the copper plate at high temperature.

Step 5: Make the board, corrode the PCB board to make the solution, adjust the sulfuric acid and peroxide according to 3:1, then put the copper plate containing ink into it, wait for about three to four minutes, and after all the places on the copper plate except the ink are corroded, remove the copper plate, and then rinse the solution out with clean water.

Step 6: Punching

In general, drilling machine is used to drill holes in the places where holes need to be left on the copper plate. After completion, the matching components are introduced from the back of the copper plate to two or more pins, and then the components are welded to the copper plate by welding tools.

Step 7: Welding and debugging

After the above steps are completed, the whole circuit board should be tested comprehensively. If there are problems in the testing process, it is necessary to determine the location of the problem through the schematic diagram of the first step design, and then re-weld or replace the components. When the test passes smoothly, the whole circuit board is completed.

The most common ones on the market are single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer boards (below 10 layers), but with the progress and development of technology and technology, traditional PCB boards are far from meeting the demand. In order to meet the needs of the market and the interests of businesses, PCB is developing towards more and more layers. Through professional circuit design changes, the performance of multi-layer circuit board is better than other performance.

There are still a few PCB manufacturers that can produce more than ten layers in our country. Due to the technical level limitation, 70% of the PCB industry generally concentrates on the PCB production below ten layers. Therefore, if we want to have perfect business partners, such as multi-layer, high difficulty, high quality, packaging and process, and after-sales, we must choose strong, qualified and all aspects have quality assurance manufacturers.

For example: Dongguan Huaqiang Express Circuit Board Co., Ltd. is a large-scale production of PCB processing and template and fast board PCB-based enterprises, using advanced PCB production equipment in the 21st century, with manufacturing 1-16 layers of high difficulty. DHI. Buried/blind hole. High frequency. High TG. Thick copper. Aluminum substrate. Flexible board and combination of hard and soft multi-layer board and other circuit board industry capabilities. Lianhua has been highly recognized by the industry for its strength, integrity, product quality and service, and has been awarded all-round honorary qualifications such as excellent suppliers.
