2. Adjust the contrast and brightness of the canvas to make a strong contrast between the part with copper film and the part without copper film. Then turn the drawing into black and white to check whether the lines are clear. If not, continue to adjust. If it's clear, save the picture in black and white BMP format. If you find that there is a problem with the graph, you need to use PHOTOSHOP to correct it.
3, remove all the components and remove the tin from the PAD hole. Scrub the board with alcohol and put it in the scanner. When the scanner scans, it needs to raise the scanning pixels slightly to get a clearer image of the board. Then the top and bottom layers are slightly polished with water gauze paper, polished until the copper film shines, put into the scanner, start PHOTOSHOP, and sweep the two layers in color mode. Note that PCB must be horizontal and vertical in the scanner, otherwise the scanned image will not be used.
4. Transform the two BMP format files into PROTEL format files, and transfer them into two layers in PROTEL. If the positions of PAD and VIA of the two layers basically coincide, it shows that the first steps are well done. If there are any deviations, repeat the third step until the coincidence. Transform the BMP of TOP layer into TOP.PCB, and pay attention to the SILK layer. It's the Yellow layer, and then you draw the line in the TOP layer, and place the device according to the second step's drawings. After the painting, delete the SILK layer and keep repeating that all layers are drawn.Five, in PROTEL, TOP.PCB and BOT.PCB will be transferred into a graph, OK. If there is a four-layer board, the components have been removed and the surface has been wiped clean, we need to copy it into a PCB file, according to the following steps:
1. Scan the top panel, save the picture and name it top.bmp. At this time, the scanning DPI can be set according to the density, if it is 400 DPI.
2, scan the underlying board, save pictures, the name is bottom.bmp.
3, grind out the middle layer 2 with coarse sand paper, leak out copper skin, wipe clean, scan the map, the name is mid2.bmp.
4, grind out the middle layer 1 with coarse sand paper, leak out copper skin, wipe clean, scan the map, the name is mid1.bmp.
5. In PHOTOSHOP, adjust the level of each picture (turn the picture to ensure that the picture is horizontal, so that the line out is beautiful, and many pictures are easy to align up and down). Here, it is suggested that the bottom picture be horizontal mirror, so that the top and bottom picture are in the same direction and the upper and lower positioning holes are in the same position. Notice here that you don't need to tailor the pictures properly. You'd better keep them rich. Basically, you just need to adjust the picture horizontally.
6, open the color copy software, from the main menu "File > >" open the BMP file ", select the top.bmp file to open.
7. After setting up DPI, you can copy the top layer map. First, select the top layer, then start to put components, through holes, wires and so on.
8. After the top layer has put everything in place, save temporary files (instructions and help are available through menus or buttons on toolbars) and name them top-1.dpb (names saved at different times in the middle suggest names with different numbers, such as top-1.dpb, top-2.dpb, so as to avoid breaking the cause of computer failure. 9. Close the current picture window. (Note that only one picture can be opened at a time. Never open more than one picture.)
10. From the main menu "File" - > "Open BMP File", select bottom.bmp of the underlying map, and then open the temporary file top-1.dpb. Then you will find that the top-drawn map and the underlying background map are not aligned. Press Ctrl+A combination key to select all the placed primitives. 11. Similarly, the process of sheet reading in the middle layer is the same.
